About Us

Launched and run by Gwyn Pritchard, with over 20 years of architectural design and project management experience. Tŷ Newydd is based on the Llŷn Peninsular, designing and managing building, renovation and home improvement projects throughout Gwynedd and the surrounding area.

We work with local builders, craftsmen and suppliers who have been tried and tested over the years and who produce high quality work and materials. In addition we have a team of specialists - planning consultants, building control specialists, structural engineers, party wall surveyors etc. who we can call on as required.
